Sad news to learn of the passing of John Sykes. A man of many talents, he was a key guitarist of the second half of the 80s. With an instantly recognizable sound and feel, and an absolutely terrifying right hand, he earned his place among the greats. RIP

This year's Winter Skype guitar lessons will take place between January 3 and 18.
